Ibn Battuta and the Lost Shadow is the fourth book in THE TRAVELS OF IBN BATTUTA series. Written for children and young adults, with colour illustrations, the series traces the journeys and adventures of the famous Moroccan traveller as he criss-crossed his way across the Eastern world in the 14th century.

Dr. Abd al-Rahman Azzam was awarded his doctoral degree in Islamic history at St. Antony's College, Oxford. The illustrator, Khalid Seydo is a Jordanian architect and illustrator who studied at the Royal College of Art and The Prince of Wales's Institute of Architecture in London. He is also the illustrator of the Lives of the Prophets.
